This month, we will feature this fun and timely recipe that is just perfect for Halloween: MONSTER PIZZAS! This recipe makes 7 pizzas.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Ingredients

325g ready-rolled puff pastry

140g passata
-
1 clove garlic, crushed
-
1 tbsp sundried tomato paste
-
100g Mozzarella, grated, plus 100g firm Mozzarella, sliced into strips

Pitted black olives
-
Green and red peppers, sliced
-
50g sliced ham
-
Salad leaves
EQUIPMENT
-
9 – 10cm round cutter

Baking tray
-
Baking paper
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. Mix the passata, garlic, and sundried tomato paste together in a small bowl.

Unroll the pastry. Cut out 7 circles using the round cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Spread the sauce over the bases and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella. Cook in the oven for 18–20 minutes until golden and crisp.

Decorate the pizzas to make the monster and mummy faces.
